Shipping and Return Policies

 

SHIPPING

All packages will ship via UPS and the customer will receive tracking information when the order ships. Most orders placed before noon EST (M-Sa) will ship that same day (excludes gift registry and special orders). For a limited time, we are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all US orders. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost to the customer. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Certain large or heavy items carry a shipping surcharge where noted. Certain items ship directly from the vendor as noted. Please allow for additional processing time for these items.

RETURNS

We sincerely hope you love your Zieben Mare items. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns for most of our merchandise if sent back within 7 days of receipt of your items. Proof of purchase is required for refund. Returns are refunded in the original payment for the merchandise price less original shipping and handling fees (unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect). Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. If you are returning a gift, we are happy to issue a store credit via digital gift card or Apple Wallet Pass.

Merchandise must be received in original, new condition with attached tags and vendor packaging, if applicable. All items must be unworn and in an unaltered condition (e.g., no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume or smoke odors, chips, cracks, or other damages). We do not accept returns on the following items: sale merchandise, special or personalized orders, food, gift cards, jewelry, collectible books where noted, personal care items such as beauty products, and where otherwise noted in the product description. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Zieben Mare does not offer online exchanges. If you are in need of a different size and/or color or desire a different item, simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit/refund your account. 

To initiate a return, please notify Customer Care at info@ziebenmare.com or 248-538-8879, then repack and return your package (including your packing slip) to the address below. Zieben Mare does not send return shipping labels. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are sent back to us without a return authorization. Returns are also accepted in store within 7 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that Zieben Mare cannot issue returns for merchandise that is damaged during return shipping and is not responsible for lost shipments. Customers are advised to track their package and obtain shipping insurance if desired. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Under most circumstances, we refund your credit card within 24 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take up to 10 days to process the return and credit your card.

While we do our very best to update our inventory many times each day, please understand that it is sometimes possible to purchase an item that is actually out of stock because it sold around the same time in our retail store. If this happens, we will contact you and do our best to get the item for you. If this is not possible, we will promptly issue your refund.
